2019 Year-End Dress Rehearsal and Performance
Our Annual Year End performance will be at the Orion Performing Arts Center on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 2:00 pm, with a mandatory dress rehearsal held on Friday, May 31, 2019 between 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the OPAC.
Tuesday, May 28 - Thursday May 30, 2019 will be in-studio rehearsals for all classes (schedule TBD). More show-week related information will be distributed over the course of the session.
Please enter and exit the back lot directly past our sign. The roundabout is NOT a thru-way. Please drive slowly and carefully, and park with your headlights to the treeline.
Drop Off Policy
Students should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before their class.
Students focus better when there are no distractions in the room. We ask our parents to drop their students off for class, and return to pick them up. You may wait for your student in the adjoining room if you choose, however the waiting room is small - we encourage you to enjoy some free time and return to pick up your dancer!
Pick Up Policy
Adults should return within 5 minutes of class ending to pick up their dancer.
Adults must enter the building to pick up their young dancer. Students who are 8 years old or younger will not be allowed to leave the building without the adult responsible for them.

Dancers should use the restroom before class begins rather than interrupt their class time.
Our classes begin on time, and late arrivals are not only a disruption to the work in progress, but can make it difficult for the tardy student to integrate into the classroom. Arrivals later than 15 minutes are not permitted.
Food and Drink
Students in classes that last 45 minutes or longer should bring a water bottle to class.
In order to keep our students with food allergies safe, we prefer to have a nut-free snack environment. Food is only permitted in the lobby, not the studio itself. Please be responsible with any food you bring into the building - thank you!

All class placement is at the discretion of the director.
Closures and Cancellations
We follow MSAD75 with regard to weather-related cancellations. We notify of closures via email, the cancellation systems of Channel 6, 8 & 13, and post the information on our Facebook page.
Every effort will be made to provide adequate make-up opportunities.
