INFORMATION
** The studio is only open when classes are in session. Please Contact Us before dropping in!**
Parking
We have 2 marked parking spaces in front of the studio (“Dance Studio Parking”). All other spots (Units 5, 4, 3, 2) belong to other tenants!
When using the back parking lot, please drive slowly and park with head/tail lights to the main building ONLY. (The back treeline parking area now belongs to another tenant, please stick to our side of the building!)
Please do not block entering/exiting traffic. The town hall lot is available for overflow use.
We have neighbors - please be respectful of their space and time.
See our Location page for additional details and a map!
Arrival/Class/Dismissal
If arriving early to change/use the restroom/wait in the lobby, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your class time. Once your class is finished, please help out our parking flow by leaving as soon as you are able.
Please do not enter the classroom until your teacher has indicated they are ready for students.
Please keep the lobby a safe and respectful space - too much noise is a distraction to our students.
Dress Code
The Moving Company maintains a dress code to encourage an optimal learning environment. Dancers must be in the proper dance wear, shoes, and have their hair secured to participate in class. Please see Class Attire for full details.
Restroom
Dancers are strongly encouraged to use the restroom before participating in class.
Tardiness
Students should arrive in the 10 minute window before their class begins. Dance classes progress in a very specific order to ensure a safe and thorough warm-up. Students who are more than 10 minutes late to class may be asked to observe.
Food and Drink
Students in classes that last 45 minutes or longer should bring a water bottle.
Snacks may be eaten in the lobby before or after class only.
Tuition
Please see our Tuition Page for details on our payment structure, multi-class discounts, and refund policy.
Class Placement
All class placement is at the discretion of the director.
Closures and Cancellations
Weather related cancellations are NOT linked to MSAD 75, and are made as soon as possible based on forecast.
We notify of closures via email, the cancellation systems of WCSH6 & WGME13, and post the information on our social media pages.
In the event of a mandated shutdown or other unforeseen occurrence, we reserve the right to move our classes to an online platform as necessary.
Make Up Policy
Snow days will be made up throughout the year as our schedule allows. We have reserved one week at the end of the fall semester and one week at the end of the spring semester to use for make up classes as needed. See schedule below.
STUDIO VALUES
At our studio, we expect all dancers to try their best, have fun, and show respect - to themselves, their classmates, and their teachers. We also encourage our dance families to help foster a positive, supportive environment by celebrating effort, promoting kindness, and partnering with us to help every dancer thrive. Together, we create a community where everyone feels valued and inspired to grow.
